Check valves for motor coupling
The non-return valve must be fitted to each individual motor if several vacuum units are combined in the same system.
It should be installed directly on the motor’s air vent connection to ensure that the air vacuum is maintained when one motor is in use and the other is switched off.

Metal exhaust kit
Metal exhaust kits make it possible to realise the initial part of the air exhaust in industrial engines and power plants for advanced civil use.
Under certain conditions of use, the expelled air may reach such temperatures that the PVC pipes may be damaged. In these cases it is advisable to make the exhaust in metal, sizing it appropriately to the diameter of the engine exhaust and the overall length of the exhaust.
The exhaust kits can be added together in order to realise the desired dust ejection line.

Selection panel and motor start call
for electric motors only
The switchboard for motor start selection is used when several standard motors are installed on a single system, without an electronic speed converter.
The internal electronic system allows, by means of a resistive divider installed on the microswitch line, to pilot the switching on and off of one or more motors in the system, depending on the number of inlet sockets used, and to manage the operating hours of each individual motor group.
In fact, it is possible to reverse the starting priority of the motors by means of a cyclic switch, balancing the wear status of the motors.

Control panel for motor speed modulation
The electronic panel for controlling the speed of the motor unit is used when an electronic type motor is installed.
The internal electronic system allows, by means of a resistive divider installed on the microswitch line, to control the speed of the motor unit, depending on the number of inlet sockets used, in order to achieve the best performance with the lowest consumption.
The system provides up to four switching levels (4 speeds) and is suitable for all electronic units even of different power ratings.

Pneumatic sleeve valves 230 V ac
Sleeve valves are used in all situations where it is necessary to open and close a section of pipeline automatically, even very frequently.
Inside them is a rubber diaphragm, resistant to abrasion and chemicals, which is inflated by compressed air controlled by a solenoid valve.
The control can be manual or automatic and ensures the hermetic opening or closing of the pipe.

Resistive divider

The resistive divider is indispensable for varying the suction power with several sets of electric motors.
Each divider can accommodate up to four suction inlets, which can be connected together without any maximum limit.

Maintenance and assistance
For the scheduled maintenance of the central vacuum unit, the instructions in the technical manual provided and the instructions on the user interface display must be followed.
In particular, these periodic operations mainly concern cleaning the filter, emptying the dust collection container, replacing the bag, checking the correct operation of the electric motor and any obstruction of the air outlet.
All interventions not included in scheduled maintenance by the user must be performed by qualified workers
