6 year kasko Cloud Warranty
Sistem Air strongly believes in the advantages of cloud-based maintenance and would like to add one of no lesser importance: those who choose to connect their control unit to the Air Cloud system and register it in the dedicated area can benefit from a special 6-year Cloud Warranty. The warranty covers all the components of the vacuum unit, with the exception of parts subject to wear and tear (filters/bags), and includes the supply of spare parts free of charge; the customer only has to pay for transport and installation.
Smart computer for maintenance
Simple and immediate thanks to graphic icons, with no language to set, the new touch screen is even easier to use. It allows access to all consultation and setting functions in just a few steps, while the main screen always provides a summary of the status of the vacuum unit.
What the vacuum unit detects
The new computer of the Tecno Prime vacuum unit has a series of renewed messaging and diagnostic functions: the aim is to further simplify the installation and use of the vacuum unit. In particular, the absence of text allows any language problems to be eliminated, while the available checks help both the user and the installer to check for any malfunctions.

Innovative filter system
The filtering system consists of a conical filter, made of polyester and aluminium fibre, washable and certified in filtration class M, on which there is a connection to the grounding system of the vacuum unit.
The filter is free from the accumulation of static charges, which would otherwise trap dust on its walls: when suction is stopped, everything deposited on the filter surface falls into the dust bucket, facilitated by the inverted conical shape of the filter itself.

Cyclonic dust separation
Dust falls into bucket due to cyclone effect
The suctioned dust is separated from the air by the cyclone that forms inside the machine body and falls into the collection bucket. The conveyor cone prevents it from returning to the filter and soiling its surface
Bag filtration system
Dust is retained by the filter bag
Made of microfibre, it retains the suctioned dust, making it unnecessary to clean the filter. Once full, the bag must be replaced with a new one, while the full one can be thrown away

Maintenance and assistance
For the scheduled maintenance of the central vacuum unit, the instructions in the technical manual provided and the instructions on the user interface display must be followed.
In particular, these periodic operations mainly concern cleaning the filter, emptying the dust collection container, replacing the bag, checking the correct operation of the electric motor and any obstruction of the air outlet.
All interventions not included in scheduled maintenance by the user must be performed by qualified workers
